RECORD HOUSE

Their idea:to maintain/create a continuous
living space visually connected to the woodland site.

I adore this space! I love that it's all the same WALNUT wood through the house but because it's cut differently it creates this amazing contrast.Love the play of texture with white textured Brick wall vs smooth plaster ceilings and
white Corian casework.

The whole space is connected quietly to the outside !

HANGING GARDEN

or
A STRING GARDEN !
How beautiful are these installations
by Fedor van der Valk dutch botanist and artist.

Pot less,around a root ball,suspended by string.
If you live in AMSTERDAM you can buy his works,
 else I guess you'll have to do-it-yourself
OR for those living in India, you can get the mali
to do it.

If anyone tries this at home please do let me know.

I first saw this work at www. piajanebijkerk.com
go here www.stringgardens.com to read more....

this photo reminds me of ALEXANDER GORLIZKI's work

GREEN LINE

A daily dose of green  !

How cool would it be if we could do this in Mumbai.
In the small town of Jaujac in Southern France, Marseille artist Gaelle Villedary’s grass-terpiece traces a trail 1,400 feet from the outskirts of town through parks and neighborhoods into the city center and right back out,
bringing a serene sense of nature to some unexpected places.
